Wifi, radio, TV, heated, parking. Homemade continental breakfast. Beautiful views of the mountains and valley surrounding, lovely garden including original orchard, walks. 10 min drive to Hay or Glasbury. 

*Short break stays available, Friday to Friday. Best fit for 2 people or a couple with a small child. The booking fee includes fresh bed linen, towels, laundry facilities, continental breakfast supplies, condiments.
